If you have purchased directly from us, you are entitled to request a return within the 60 day trial period. All you need to do is submit a ticket with the request, please provide as much information as possible. We may ask for proof of purchase, as there are many retailers out there all with different return policies.
All returns must be returned to our address in the UK, where they can be safely disposed of. Returning a product to any other location will void an refund. You must contact us prior to returning a product. This is so we can give you the correct return instructions to ensure you receive your refund in a timely manner. Returning a product without requesting a return will delay any refund.
The cost of returning a pump will be at the customer's expense.
We understand that international shipping can take a long time for your order to be returned. However we do reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel that there has been an unreasonable delay in return postage.
I've purchased from another website/store can I return my pump to you?
Unfortunately we only accept returns from customers who have purchased directly from us. If you've bought a product from another online retailer or purchased in a physical store, you will need to contact them directly to see if they are willing to offer you a refund.
